歌曲含义
在AION的世界，天族与魔族，原本都是亚特雷亚大陆上由人类觉醒而生的守护者。在凡人的眼中，他们的存在就如同天神所派来的天使，是替创世神AION守护永恒之塔的神圣种族。
这个神圣种族却因为在守护永恒之塔、对抗龙族的问题上内部意见不同，导致了永恒之塔的崩坏，也让世界分离成天界与魔界。种族因而一分为二，成为“天族”与“魔族”。两个势力同时都指责对方必须为此可怕的灾难负责。而历史原因点燃的仇恨就如同星火燎原一般，复仇的烈火也将这两大势力的宽容燃烧殆尽，演变成天族与魔族对立的局面。再由于欧比斯的出现、奥德能源的快速消耗，天魔两界为了生存已经不得不战至一方灭亡。
Forgotten Sorrow 是AION最初的主题曲，也反映了AION的整个背景世界冲突。带着淡淡忧伤的轻缓歌曲，反衬着惨烈宏大的战争画卷，从出现时起就俘虏了众多玩家的心。
