Lemon Tree是由The Brothers Four（四兄弟）于1981年09月1日发行的《Mas Exitos Folk》的歌曲
后经The Seekers很多大牌翻唱
Lemon Tree 最早的原唱是60年代美国最有影响、最出色的民谣三重组合“彼得、保罗和玛丽”。这个演唱组组建于加州，它成功建介绍了西格、加斯里和迪伦等人的作品，如《假如我有把锤子》、《柠檬树》和《飘入风中》等，确立了自己的地位。他们纯净的歌声和典雅的和声，使民谣的魅力为更广泛的听众意识和接受。
1962年“彼得、保罗和玛丽”发行第一张LP唱片《Peter Paul & Mary》。一开始并没有引起多少人注意，但后来选了其中一首《Lemon Tree》（柠檬树）作为单曲出版，结果获得成功，LP的销量也直线上升。
